As our guests know, we love locating and serving the freshest seasonal ingredients. So as another long Atlanta summer comes to an end, unfortunately so does access to the beautiful Heirloom Tomatoes that are a cornerstone of our Summer Mozzarella Ala Caprese Salad.
So for our Fall and Winter Menu, we’ve decided to incorporate a beautifully grilled Portobello Mushroom into the dish. The flavor of the grilled Portobello is exceptional and creates a dense, meaty texture serving as a fantastic complement to our freshly made Mozzarella and our Aged Balsamic.
